Virtual- Holiday Wishlists

Happy Holidays!! While the holiday season is one of my favorite times of year, I know it can be an incredibly stressful time for families who are struggling financially. With this in mind, one of my favorite holiday traditions is being matched with a child in need and playing Santa. Fulfilling a child’s wishlist and knowing how meaningful it is to both the children and their families is both gratifying and fun (shopping for toys truly brings out my inner child). As cliche as it is, sometimes the best gift is giving to someone else.

Here are five organizations that will connect you with a family in need this holiday season.

Baby2Baby- Los Angeles, NYC, and Virtual. Fill out the donor form and get matched with a child in need.

Wayfinder Family Services- Los Angeles and Virtual. Shop from their holiday wishlist and drop off in person or send by mail.

Alexandria House- Los Angeles. Shop their Amazon wishlist and drop off in person or ship directly from Amazon to their registered address.

Salvation Army- Various Locations. Enter your zip code to find your local Salvation Army and reach out to them to be matched with a family.

Compass SF- San Francisco. Donate items from their Amazon wishlist and send directly to the organization.
